Clunky website, poor processes

It’s one of the clunkiest apps - takes forever to load fully, the way things are organized is non intuitive, add to car functionality is poor, deleting from cart is a pain (and many times older orders despite being delivered remain in cart), payment errors often- just a sub par experience. Pl get 1 good product mgr and 1 ui/ux person and just copy Pluckk. Delivery times are late, deliveries don’t happen on time, WhatsApp messages don’t update ton on delay and then top of that 30% of order could get canceled (I haven’t bothered to see if refunds come, but given all this I guess should). Overall a poor experience-see even this form is not about the overall order but about a watermelon- who designs your product? so why do I come back, trust in your brand that hopefully it’s organic and fresh.
